摘要 顶岗实习是高职院校推进工学结合人才培养模式的有效的形式,也是提升学生职业能力和职业素质的重要环节之一,但在顶岗实习过程中存在不少的问题。如何加强顶岗实习教育与管理,推进顶岗实习教育教学效果,确保高职院校人才培养质量?笔者通过对目前顶岗实习存在问题的分析,结合本校实际,形成了"师徒制"顶岗实习管理模式。 Abstract Post practice is an effective form of promoting the training mode of talent training in higher vocational colleges.It is also one of the important links to improve the students'professional ability and professional quality,but there are many problems in the process of post practice.How to strengthen the practice education and management,promote the teaching effect of post practice education,and ensure the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges,are problems for us.Based on the analysis of the problems in the current post practice and the reality of our university,the author has formed a post practice management mode of"mentoring system".
