探究小学课堂教学的“稳”与“变”

摘要 小学课堂教学越来越适应时代需求,为了提高学生课堂学习效率,教学形式不断出新。但是在教学形式不断变化中,变得是什么?盲目追求形式的出新,却没有思考教学中不变是什么。不成熟的变化会触及教学的"稳",即知识的传授。在教学中我们要明白什么是教学中的"变"与"稳",如何把握二者的关系,提高教学的有效性。 Abstract Teaching in primary schools is more and more adapted to the needs of the times.In order to improve the efficiency of students'classroom learning,new forms of teaching are emerging.But what has become in the ever-changing teaching format Blindly pursuing new forms,but not thinking about what is unchanged in teaching.Immature changes will touch the"stability"of teaching,that is,the transfer of knowledge.In teaching,we must understand what is the"change"and"stability"in teaching,how to grasp the relationship between the two,and improve the effectiveness of teaching.
