摘要
教师在课堂教学中的主导作用可通过三导四辅体现,三项导引是创设情境导情绪、明晰目标导方向、共商策略导方法,四项辅助指提供学习素材或线索、调控研讨进程、点拨学生的展示与评价、拓展学习成果以倍增学习成效。建构并实施三导四辅的策略,可促进学生自主学习意愿、能力和效果的提升。
Abstract The leading role of teachers in classroom teaching can be reflected by the three guides and four supplements.The three guides are creating situations to guide emotions,clarifying targets to guide directions,and discussing strategies with students to guide methods.The four supplements are providing learning materials or clues,regulating the research process,inspiring students'presentations and evaluations,and expanding learning outcomes to multiply them.To construct and implement the strategy can promote the improvement of students'willingness,ability and effect of independent learning.
