Employment Guidance Needs and Countermeasures for Undergraduate Nursing Students

目的:探讨本科护生就业指导需求与对策。方法:采取便利抽样法从我校本科护理学专业大一至大四每年级各抽取100名共400名学生作为调查对象,发放我校自制的本科护生就业指导需求调查表,对调查结果进行统计和分析,并提出适合我校本科护理专业学生就业指导的对策。结果:400份调查问卷共回收有效问卷370份,有效回收率为92.5%。结论:通过对本校本科护理专业一至四年级的学生进行就业指导需求的调查,能够及时准确地了解不同年级的本科护生对就业指导的认知程度,同时也为本科护生提供针对性的干预和指导,使其能够真正适应就业所带来的压力,并充分发挥自己的特长和能力。

Abstract Objective:To explore the employment guidance needs and countermeasures of undergraduate nursing students.Methods:Taking the convenient sampling method,400 students were averagely selected from the four grades of the undergraduate nursing major in our college,and the self-made questionnaires of undergraduate nursing students'employment guidance needs were distributed,and the survey results were analyzed.And the countermeasures suitable for the employment guidance of undergraduate nursing students in our college were put forward.Results:A total of 370 valid questionnaires were collected from the 400 questionnaires with an effective recovery rate of 92.5%.Conclusion:Through the investigation,we are able to timely and accurately learn about the knowledge of employment guidance of nursing students from different grades,and we are also able to provide targeted intervention and guidance for undergraduate nursing students,so as to help them truly adapt to employment pressure,and give full play to their own special skills and abilities.
