Abstract In China,where the degree of internationalization is getting higher and higher,the ability to work and provide services in English has become an essential requirement for high-quality talents in the hotel industry.The ability to speak English is related to the career development and prospects of hotel professional college students.Based on the analysis of the current mode hotel English teaching in colleges and universities,this paper will discuss the employment-oriented mode of hotel English situational teaching.
