The Path of Resolving the Trust Crisis between Grassroots Cadres and Masses in the New Period

党的十九大再次强调要建立健全社会征信体系,褒扬诚信、惩戒失信。但是社会上存在的暴力流血事件震惊全国,充分暴露了干部与群众的信任问题,恶化了干群关系,因此,这些警示我们必须高度关注基层干群关系的"信任危机"。通过了解信任危机的概念,分析基层干群信任危机的表现,从而探寻化解基层干群信任危机的路径。

Abstract The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China once again stressed the need to establish a sound social credit system,in order to praise integrity and punish dishonesty.However,violence in the society shocked the whole country,fully exposing the trust crisis between cadres and masses,and worsening the relationship between cadres and masses.Therefore,these warnings indicates that we must pay close attention to the"trust crisis"between grassroots cadres and masses.By learning about the definition of trust crisis,we analyze the manifestation of trust crisis between grassroots cadres and masses,and explore the path of resolving the trust crisis.
