血液灌流联合血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭神经系统并发症的疗效研究

Therapeutic Effect of Hemoperfusion combined with Gemodialysis on Neurological Complications of Chronic Renal Failure

目的针对慢性肾功能衰竭神经系统并发症患者按照血液透析以及血流灌流进行治疗的实际效果加以分析。方法本次研究共计纳入病例66例(均为本院在2016年1月至2017年8月所接诊病例)。按照随机选择的方式,于组内抽选33例,单给予血液透析治疗,为对照组,余下33例患者则需要联合血液灌流进行治疗,为观察组。针对疗效间差异加以分析。结果通过统计可以发现,在本次研究中,观察组整体治疗有效率高达93.93%(31/33),显著优于对照组,P<0.05具备统计学意义。结论按照血液透析与血流灌流相联合的方式对慢性肾功能衰竭神经系统并发症患者进行治疗,可实现对疗效的有效保障,促使其恢复。

Objective To chronic renal failure patients with neurological complications in hemodialysis and blood flow perfusion for treatment of the actual effect is analyzed.Methods A total of 66 patients into this study(are all in our hospital in January 2016 to August 2017 accepts cases).According to the random selection of way,in the set of selected 33 cases,single for blood dialysis treatment,as the control group,the rest 33 patients requires the joint blood perfusion treatment,to observe group.For difference between curative effect analysis.Result Through statistics can be found as a result,in this study,observation group of the overall treatment efficiency is as high as 93.93%(31/33),significantly better than that of control group,P<0.05 have statistical significance.Conclusion According to hemodialysis associated with blood flow perfusion in way of treatment for chronic renal failure patients with neurological complications,which can realize to effectively guarantee the curative effect,prompting them to recover.
