探讨超声检查与MR在乳腺癌诊断中的临床应用

目的乳腺癌病症诊断中应用超声检查及MR检查,对两种检查方法诊断结果进行比较研究。方法参与本实验的疑似乳腺癌病症患者共90例,安排所有患者均接受超声检查,将其设定为对照组;同时再安排所有患者均接受MR方法检查诊断,将其设定为研究组,对两组患者病症诊断相关结果指标进行比较分析。结果相比于对照组,研究组患者检查阳性和阴性预测值均更高、准确率、灵敏度及特异度等指标数据均更高,同时研究组患者病症诊断漏诊率和误诊率等指标数据均更低(P<0.05)。研究组应用MR方法进行病症检查诊断效果更突出。结论在乳腺癌病症诊断中应用MR方法,该检查方法能够有效提高检验的准确率,保证检验结果的真实有效性,其能够保证乳腺癌病症诊断的针对性和全面性,应用价值明显。

Objective To compare the diagnostic results of two kinds of diagnostic methods in the diagnosis of breast cancer by ultrasonography and MR.Methods In this experiment the suspected breast cancer patients in 90 cases,all patients underwent ultrasound examination arrangements,set it as the control group;at the same time to arrange all the patients underwent MR examination method,set it as the study group,the two groups of patients with symptoms related to diagnosis results were compared.Results Compared with control group,study group of patients with positive and negative predictive values were higher,the accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of other indicators were higher,while the patients in the study group,disease diagnosis and misdiagnosis rate and other indicators were lower(P<0.05).The study group used MR method for disease diagnosis,and the diagnosis effect was more prominent.Conclusion The application of MR method in the diagnosis of breast cancer,the examination method can effectively improve the accuracy of inspection,ensure the reality and validity of the test results,it can guarantee that the targeted and comprehensive breast cancer diagnosis,obvious application value.
