摘要 以上海市轨道交通浦江线胶轮导轨自动捷运APM300型系统轨道工程设计实践为背景,简要介绍APM轨道工程技术特点,总结工程实践中出现的问题。提出在设计中应综合轨道预留预埋与下部结构预制,合理选取轨道单元长度模数,做到预制结构设计标准化;道岔区预埋件设计具备容错度;优化导向轨截面及结构,提高稳定性;做好各专业轨旁接口协调,避免疏漏等设计优化措施。 Based on the track engineering design practice of APM300 in automatic rapid transit system of rubber guide rail in Shanghai urban rail transit Pujiang Line,this paper briefl y introduces the technical characteristics of APM track engineering project and summarizes the problems in engineering practice.It is pointed out that in the design of prefabricated track and prefabricated substructure,the length modulus of track element should be reasonably selected to standardize the design of prefabricated structure,the design of embedded components in turnout area should be faulttolerant,the section and structure of guide rail should be optimized to improve stability,and to take measures for the coordination and optimization of the design of track-side interface of different system and to avoid negligence etc.
