摘要
饲料混合机是饲料生产系统一个非常重要的设备,准确的混合工艺是生产安全饲料的保障。混合机检测受自然因素、仪器设备和操作因素的干扰和影响,提高检测准确性、减少干扰是混合机检测面临的一个重要课题。本文分析了饲料混合机检测存在的问题,并提出了对策,以期为饲料混合机的应用提供参考。
The feed mixer is a very important equipment for the feed production system,the accurate mixing process is the guarantee for the production of safe feed.Mixer testing is subject to interference and effects from natural factors,instrumentation and operational factors.Improving detection accuracy and reducing interference are the important issue for mixer testing.This paper analyzed the problems in the detection of feed mixers,and proposed countermeasures,in order to provide references for the application of feed mixers.
