摘要
采用苯并(a)芘分子印迹柱做固相微萃取,用二氯甲烷洗脱食用油中苯并(a)芘,用带有荧光检测器的高效液相色谱(激发波长292 nm,发射波长410 nm)检测食用油中苯并(a)芘含量。结果表明,苯并(a)芘在0.5~20.0 ng/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 91,在空白样品中添加3个水平的标准品,回收率在96.8%~99.1%之间。该法洗脱效果良好、操作简易、灵敏度高、回收率稳定。
The benzo(a)pyrene molecularly imprinted column was used for solid phase microextraction.The benzo(a)pyrene in edible oil was eluted with dichloromethane.The excitation wavelength was 292 nm with high performance liquid chromatography with fluorescence detector.The emission wavelength was 410 nm,and the benzo(a)pyrene content in the edible oil was measured.The results showed that the linear relationship of be-nzo(a)pyrene in the concentration range of 0.5-20.0 ng/mL was good,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 91,and three levels of standard were added to the blank sample.The recovery rate was between 96.8%and 99.1%.The method had good elution effect,with the characteristics of simple operation,high sensitivity and stable recovery rate.
