摘要
设计开发了一套用于检测电冰箱用异丁烷制冷剂泄漏安全性的智能化测试设备。按照电冰箱的安全标准GB4706.13-2014《家用和类似用途电器的安全制冷器具、冰淇淋机和制冰机的特殊要求》中对可燃制冷剂模拟泄漏试验的要求,提出了关键参数的设计方案,并对测试设备进行了结构及自动化设计。测试表明,采用该试验设备,完全满足标准测试要求,实现了整个测试过程的自动化,提高了检测工作效率。
A set of intelligent test equipment for detecting the safety of isobutane refrigerant leakage in refrigerator is designed.According to requirements of the refrigerator safety standard GB 4706.13-2014 Household and similar electrical appliances-safety-particular requirements for refrigerating appliances,ice-cream appliances and ice-makers,the design scheme of key parameters is put forward,and the structure and automation of test equipment are designed.Test results show that test equipment can fully meet requirements of standard test,realize automation of the whole test process,and improve detection efficiency.
