摘要
电机作为一个能量转换的机械装置,其能量转换效率的大小直接影响能源消耗多少。对于高效率的电机,能以少量的能源消耗获得大的输出功率,因此对于如何以最优成本获得电机效率的提高,一直是电机生产厂家研究的课题。对硅钢片进行热处理能够获得较好的磁性能及较低的铁芯损耗,在压缩机等领域均有较为广泛的应用。本文将从热处理工艺的特点出发,对影响小功率空调单相异步电机的电机性能、噪音及过程工艺的相关因素展开论述。
As a mechanical device for energy conversion,the energy conversion efficiency of motor directly affects the amount of energy consumption.For an efficient motor,it can obtain a large output power with a small amount of energy consumption.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of motor at the best cost has always been the research subject of motor manufacturers.The heat treatment of silicon steel can obtain better magnetic energy and lower iron core loss which is widely used in the compressor and other field.Starting from the characteristics of heat treatment process,this paper will discuss the factors that affect performance of motor,the noise of motor and process technology of the single phase induction motor.
