摘要
本文针对永磁同步电机,提出了一种在线匝间故障诊断系统。首选,建立了在匝间短路故障的永磁同步电机的数学模型,并分析了匝间短路故障对零序电压的影响;其次搭建了基于Lab VIEW永磁同步电机匝间短路故障在线诊断系统,该系统结合了Lab VIEW的图形化设计语言的直观易用和MATLAB的强大的计算能力。最后,综合仿真结果验证了该故障诊断系统的有效性。
This paper proposes an online interturn fault diagnosis system for permanent magnet synchronous machine(PMSM).First,the mathematical model of PMSM with interturn fault is established,and the influence of intertun fault on zero sequence voltage component is analyzed.Then a fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW is put forward.This module combines the intuitive and easy use of graphical design language of LabVIEW and powerful computing power of MATLAB.Finally,the simulation results verify that the efficiency of this proposed fault diagnosis system.
