摘要
为了缩小海上油气田开发工程中压开关设备尺寸,减小电气设备占地面积,根据海上平台特殊要求,开展了针对目标油气田中压系统方案的12kV移开式中压固体绝缘开关柜关键技术研究,包括模块化结构设计、高防护等级固封极柱技术研究、电流互感器及接地开关技术方案优化等,提出了移开式中压固体绝缘开关柜总体技术方案,并完成了样机集成制造,验证了所设计的开关柜模块化结构的可行性。针对样机开展了型式试验、第三方船级社认证及现场调试,结果表明所研制的开关柜能适应海上特殊环境,并满足海上平台配电功能要求。相对于常规空气绝缘开关柜,本文设计的移开式固体绝缘开关柜占地面积减小约53%,设备质量减小约43%,油气田开发投资降本增效显著。
In order to reduce the size of medium voltage switchgear for offshore oil and gas field development project and reduce the occupied area of electrical equipment,the key technologies of 12 kV withdrawable type medium voltage solid insulated switchgear for medium voltage system scheme of target oil and gas field are studied according to the special requirements of offshore platform,including modular structure design,research of high-protection-level solid embedded pole technology and technical solution optimization of current transformer and earthing switch.The overall technical solution of withdrawable type medium voltage solid insulated switchgear is proposed.The prototype integrated manufacturing is completed and feasibility of the designed modular structure of the switchgear is verified.Type test,third-party classification society certification and on-site debugging are carried out for the prototype.The results show that the developed switchgear can adapt to special marine environment and meet the functional requirements of power distribution for offshore platform.Compared with conventional air insulated switchgear,the occupied area of designed withdrawable type solid insulated switchgear mentioned in this paper is reduced by about 53%and the equipment mass is reduced by 43%,resulting in significant cost reduction and efficiency increase of oil and gas field development and investment.
