摘要
文章介绍了一种基于槽隙波导(GGW)的低副瓣驻波天线设计方法。设计方法可以分两部分执行:首先,GGW传输线可以被等效为一个矩形波导,它的等效宽度可以通过一个简单的转换公式求得,转换公式通常应用在矩形波导的相位常数计算中;其次,低副瓣天线的设计可以通过斯蒂文森定理规定的条件实现。最后,文章设计并仿真了两种不同副瓣的低副瓣天线,天线的仿真结果与设计需求基本吻合,说明文章中的设计方法可以应用在在低副瓣槽隙波导天线的设计中。
A design procedure for groove gap waveguide(GGW)standing-wave antenna with low side lobes is presented.The procedure can be divided into two parts:firstly,GGW transmission line is equivalent to a rectangular waveguide,and the equivalent width is calculated by a simple transform of the propagation constant used for rectangular waveguide;secondly,low side lobe design process is employed based on Stevenson theory.Subsequently,two GGW antennas with different side lobes are modelled and simulated using full-wave analysis software.Simulated results agree very well with theoretical calculated results,which demonstrates that this simple procedure can be used for designing GGW antenna with low side lobes.
