摘要 针对目前越来越拥堵道路中简单控制方法无法满足需求的问题,就设计了基于HMI和PLC的多功能交通信号灯自动控制系统。首先,对多功能交通信号灯自动控制系统的需求进行全面的分析,然后实现信号控制器的设计,从而能够接收到检测器的车辆检测信息,对数据进行分析和处理,从而实现路口信号相位的控制,实现交通信号的控制。另外,使用交通信号控制装置实现系统的硬件设计,为了能够有效满足嵌入式系统运行的需求,实现了SDRAM及FLASH的扩展。然后,实现相应控制模块、状态检测模块及相位驱动任务模块的设计。最后,实现系统的测试。通过系统测试表示,基于PLC和HMI的多功能交通信号灯自动控制系统能够降低车辆延误及停车的次数,有效提高路口车辆的通行能力。 Aiming at the problem that the simple control method can't meet the demand in the increasingly congested road now,a multi-function traffic signal lamp automatic control system based on HMI and PLC is designed.First of all,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the automatic control system of multifunctional traffic signal lamp needs,design and implement of the signal controller,which can receive the vehicle detection information detector,data analysis and processing,so as to realize the control of traffic signal phase,to realize the control of traffic signal.In addition,the hardware design of the system is realized by traffic signal control device.In order to effectively meet the needs of the operation of the embedded system,the expansion of SDRAM and FLASH is realized.Then,the design of the corresponding control module,the state detection module and the phase driving task module are realized.Finally,the system is tested.According to the system test,the multi-function traffic signal lamp automatic control system based on PLC and HMI can reduce the number of vehicle delays and stops,and effectively improve the traffic capacity of the intersection vehicles.
