摘要
根据GJB 1188A-99对电气接口的要求,某导弹发射装置对低带宽信号、总线信号和高带宽信号三类做了直通处理。针对发射装置在交付试验中出现的屏蔽回路粘连的问题,在对发射装置测试原理进行深入地分析的基础上,重新确立了屏蔽回路的测试方法与判据,对测试软件进行了更改,给出了一种有效的屏蔽回路测试的优化设计方法。经验证,经优化测试方法能有效解决屏蔽回路"粘连"的界定问题,提高了测试的准确性与全面性。该测试方法已应用于某发射装置的测试设备中,有效保障了发射装置的交付工作。
To meet the electrical interface requirements of GJB 1188A-99,the low bandwidth,data bus and high bandwidth signal lines for launcher are designed to be straight circuits.In the launcher acceptance test,wires adjoining each other in shielded circuits is discovered.Based on the depth analysis of the test principle for launcher,new test method and criterions are established,a greater refinement of the test software is carried out,An effective optimization design method of the shielded circuits is given.It is proved that the new test method could deal with the problem perfectly.The new method has already got application in the test equipment for certain launcher,it plays a important role in the launcher acceptance test.
