摘要
比较总额预付制改革前后样本医院职工医保患者的次均住院费用、出院人次、平均住院日等指标的变化,探讨总额预付制改革对控费的效果以及医院可能出现的不合理诊疗行为,医院需要考虑科室特点进一步完善医保激励约束机制。
This paper compared the changes in the average hospitalization expenses,discharges,and average hospitalization days of the sample hospital staff before and after the reform of the total prepayment system,and explored the effects of the total prepayment system reform on the control fees and the unreasonable diagnosis and treatment behaviors that may occur in the hospital.To further improve the medical insurance incentive and restraint mechanism,hospitals should take the characteristics of the department into account.
