摘要
运用泰尔指数对2012—2016年我国全科医生资源配置公平性进行分析,运用GM(1,1)对2017—2020年我国全科医生资源配置公平性进行预测。结果显示,我国全科医生数量不断增加,但培养体系有待完善;全科医生分布不均衡,地区间差异较大,按人口和经济分布的公平性相对较好,按地理分布的公平性相对较差;应实现"互联网+全科医生"资源整合与协调发展,从而进一步优化我国全科医生的资源配置,实现全科医生制度的可持续发展。
This paper used the Theil index to analyze the fairness of resource allocation in general practitioners in China from 2012 to 2016.GM(1,1)was used to predict the fairness of resource allocation of general practitioners in China from 2017 to 2020.The results showed that the number of general practitioners in China was increasing,but the training system needed to be improved;the distribution of general practitioners was uneven,and the differences between regions were large.The fairness by distribution of population and economic was relatively good,and the fairness according to geographical distribution was relatively poorer;the integration and coordinated development of"Internet+General Practitioner"resources should be realized to further optimize the resource allocation of general practitioners in China and realize the sustainable development of the general practitioner system.
