摘要
人造石墨材料生产中的浸渍是保障制备高密度材料的重要工序,浸渍剂中喹啉不溶物容易堆积在炭基体材料气孔的入口处形成不透性滤饼,阻碍沥青渗透,使浸渍效果变差,直接影响了最终材料的各项性能。本文对比了不同喹啉不溶物含量的浸渍剂沥青在生产中的浸渍效果,为人造石墨材料的生产提供参考。
Impregnation is an important process in the production of artificial graphite materials to ensure the preparation of high density materials.Quinoline insoluble substances in the impregnation agent can easily accumulate at the entrances of the pores in carbon matrix materials,forming impermeable filter cake,which can inhibit the penetration of pitch,worsen impregnation effect,and directly affect the properties of final materials.The effects of impregnating pitch with different quinoline insoluble contents were compared in this paper,which could provide a reference for the production of artificial graphite materials.
