摘要
将Twitter看作一种能识别地震影响区域的传感器系统,旨在探究地震发生后,从Twitter中快速提取地震事件时空应急信息的方法。以"4.25尼泊尔地震"为例,通过对收集到的Twitter数据进行预处理、统计分析以及时空分布模式探索分析,得到地震影响范围;并将结果与官方数据进行对比,以评估Twitter探测地震时空应急信息的能力。
The aim of this paper is using the data,which collected by Twitter,to explore the spatio-temporal emergency information of the earthquake disaster.For this purpose,we analyzed the spatio-temporal characteristics of the Twitter activity responding to the“4.25 Nepal Earthquake”at first.Then,we studied the spatio-temporal distribution pattern of the data,and found the identification and localization of the impact area of the event through analyzing the spatio-temporal distribution patterns of the data.Finally,comparing results with authoritative data,we evaluated Twitter's capacity to detect the spatio-temporal emergency information of earthquake.
