地名地址地理空间位置与服务标准化探讨

Discussion on Standardization of Location and Service of Geographical Name and Address

根据"互联网+"、大数据时代对地名地址定位与位置服务的需求,提出了地名地址数据库建设和应用服务标准化内容。通过介绍澳大利亚、英国、美国的地名地址数据库、应用服务和标准化现状,详细对比分析了3个国家在地名地址定义、分类,数据模型,地理空间位置描述等方面的内容;提出了我国现阶段地名地址数据地理空间位置描述与服务对标准化的需求,探讨了地理空间位置描述与服务标准化急需解决的标准化对象,为地名地址标准化工作提供了参考。

According to the requirements of geographical name and address location and location-based service in“Internet+”and big data,we put forward the standardization contents of geographical name and address database construction and application services in this paper.We introduced the address database,application services and standardization status in Australia,England,and America at first.And then,we analyzed the definition and classification of geographical name and address,data model and geospatial location description in these Countries in detail.Finally,we put forward the standardized requirements of geographical spatial location description and service in China in the present days,and discussed the standardized objects of geographical spatial location description and service.The research results have certain reference value for the geographical name and address standardization.
