摘要 为了研究不同的处理方法对枫杨硬枝扦插生根的影响及扦插生根与插穗内营养物质含量之间的关系,以1年生枫杨实生苗为实验材料,从基质种类、插穗部位、长度及粗度、ABT、IBA及NAA浓度等方面研究了不同处理对生根的影响,同时测定了枫杨生根过程中可溶性糖和蛋白质两种营养物质的含量,以及GA_3、IAA/ABA、IAA/ZR的动态变化。结果表明:泥炭土与珍珠岩体积1:1混合基质中插穗生根率最高,达93. 9%;选用1年生实生苗基部插穗的生根率最高,为93.3%;粗度为0.6~0.9 cm、长度为10.0~15.0 cm的插穗,生根效果更好。质量浓度为150 mg/L的IBA处理插穗效果最好,生根率达88.4%,并且苗高与地径显著大于对照。枫杨硬枝扦插以皮部生根为主。生根过程中插穗基部的蛋白质含量呈下降—升高—下降—升高,可溶性糖含量呈急剧下降后升高再下降,内源激素GA_3呈升高—下降,IAA/ABA比值呈下降—升高—下降、IAA/ZR比值呈下降—升高—下降—升高。 In order to study the effect of different treatments on the rooting of hardwood cuttings of Pterocaryastenoptera C.DC,the seedlings of one-year-old Pterocaryastenoptera C.DC were used as materials to study the effects of different treatments on the rooting.The contents of soluble sugar and protein,and the dynamic changes of GA3,IAA/ABA and IAA/ZR were also measured.The results showed that the rooting rate of cuttings in the 1:1 mixed matrix of peat soil and perlite was the highest(93.9%),the highest rooting rate of 93.3%was found in the basal cuttings of one-year-old seedlings,the coarseness was 0.6-0.9 cm,the length of 10.0-15.0 cm cuttings,rooting better.IBA with 150 mg/L concentration had the best effect on cutting,the rooting rate was 88.4%,and the seedling height and ground diameter were significantly larger than those of the control.Roots were mainly induced from the bark.During rooting,the protein content of the base of cuttings decreased,increased,decreased,increased,the content of soluble sugar decreased sharply,then increased,then decreased.The content of endogenous hormone GA3 increased and decreased,the IAA/ABA ratio decreased-increased-decreased,IAA/ZR ratio decreased-increased-decreased-increased.
