单面针根和叶的代谢组比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 中药材单面针其根、茎、叶均可入药,但其根茎部与叶片之间存在较大的成分差异。为研究单面针根、茎、叶不同成分相关的代谢物的合成路径,本文采用用气相色谱-质谱法研究根与叶的代谢组差异。根与叶的代谢组数据分析表明叶中的谷胱甘肽合成代谢以及三羧酸循环代谢的活跃度高于根;根与叶中生物碱类和类黄酮物质的合成各有偏重,但从已鉴定的代谢物的种类及其功能看,具有抗菌、消炎的成分多存在于根中;相对于根而言,叶中富含儿茶素、柚皮素等有清除自由基、抗氧化功能的活性成分。从而得出根茎部有效成分含量高于叶,但可以从清除自由基、抗氧化功能角度开发叶的利用价值。 The roots,stems and leaves of Zanthoxylum dissitum Hemsl can be used as medicine,but there is a big difference between the rhizome and the leaves.In order to analysing and understanding synthetic pathway of metabolites related to different components,metabolism differences analysis is made by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry between roots and leaves.The activity of glutathione synthesis and TCA cycle is higher in leaves than roots;the compounds of alkaloids or flavonoids are different between roots and leaves.The categories and functions of metabolites identified show that the compounds of antibacterial and anti-inflammatory are more in roots than leaves,the compounds of free radical scavenging and antioxidant activity such as catechin,naringenin and others are more in leaves than roots.So,the active ingredients are more in roots-stems than leaves,but leaves could be utilized based on free radical scavenging and antioxidant activity.
