摘要
为创新驱动医院发展提供强大人才支撑,是当今医院人才工作的重大任务。文章立足中央提出的创新驱动发展战略,分析了医院高层次人才集聚机制和集聚现状,并结合国家人才政策导向和高层次人才队伍建设特点,聚焦引进、培养、激励、保留等重点环节,突出国际化、高端化、市场化、制度化理念和导向,为医院创新更具竞争力的高层次人才集聚制度、优化高层次人才发展的综合环境提出对策建议。
Providing a strong talent resource support to promote innovation-driven development is a major task for hospitals.Based on the innovation-driven development strategy by the central government of China,this article analyzes the mechanism and current status of high-level talent gathering in hospitals.According to the national talent management policies and talent building characteristics,this article focuses on the talent introduction,talent training,and talent motivation and retention,with the emphasis on the concept and orientation of internationalization,high-end,marketization,and institutionalization.Countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to create an overall environment to establish a more competitive high-level talent gathering system and optimize highlevel talent development in hospitals.
