银川市社区居民分级诊疗政策知晓率调查与分析

Awareness of hierarchical medical system among community residents in Yinchuan City and its influencing factors

目的探索银川市社区居民对分级诊疗制度的知晓现状及其影响因素,为分级诊疗政策的高效运行提供科学参考依据。方法采用多阶段分层抽样的方法,选取银川市兴庆区、西夏区、金凤区年龄在18岁及以上的442名社区居民作为调查对象。采用自行设计的结构式调查问卷开展现场调查,调查内容包括社区居民的基本信息以及居民对分级诊疗制度的知晓情况。结果 39.59%(175/442)的社区居民知晓分级诊疗制度;多因素Logistic回归显示,文化程度、职业、是否有基层卫生服务机构就诊经历、是否有转诊经历是社区居民对分级诊疗制度知晓情况的主要影响因素。结论银川市社区居民对分级诊疗制度的知晓率有待提高,建议各级医疗机构运用讲座、新闻媒体等方式加大宣传力度,引导居民合理就医,提高对分级诊疗政策的知晓度。

Objective To explore the awareness of hierarchical medical system(HMS)among community residents in Yinchuan City and its influencing factors and provide evidence for efficient implementation of HMS.Methods From March 2017 to April 2017,442 community residents aged≥18 years in Xingqing District,Xixia District,and Jinfeng District of Yinchuan City were selected by multi-stage stratified sampling.A field survey was carried out using a self-designed structured questionnaire,which covered the basic information of community residents and the residents'awareness of HMS.Results Only 39.59%(175/442)of the community residents were aware of HMS.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that educational level,occupation,experience in seeking medical service in primary health care institutions,and experience in referral/transfer were the main influencing factors of the HMS awareness.Conclusion The HMS awareness among community residents in Yinchuan needs to be improved.Publicity by means of lectures and mass media should be strengthened to increase the residents’awareness of HMS and guide them to seek medical service rationally.
