摘要
工作状况频繁变化(变工况)的复杂系统,由于其组成单元在复杂的工作环境下呈现出不同的性能退化规律,使得多状态系统的可靠性评估十分困难。考虑性能退化的多状态可靠性分析基本理论,定义了退化单元及复杂系统的多状态可靠性函数;给出了相应的计算方法。结合船舶复杂动力系统的应用实例,得到了其性能退化规律及变工况工作时的可靠度变化规律,所提出的考虑性能退化及变工况的多状态系统可靠性分析方法对复杂系统的可靠性评估有一定借鉴价值。
The complex system with frequent changes in working conditions(off-design condition)makes it difficult to evaluate the reliability of a multi-state system because of its constituent elements exhibit different performance degradation laws in a complex work environment.The basic theory of multi-state reliability analysis considering performance degradation defines the multi-state reliability function of the degenerate unit and the complex system.The corresponding calculation method is given.Combined with the application example of the ship complex dynamic system,the performance degradation law is obtained.The reliability of the multi-state system considering performance degradation and changing conditions during the change of operating conditions,has certain reference value for the reliability evaluation of complex systems.
