联合用药抗弓形虫效果研究进展

弓形虫病(Toxoplasmosis)属于危害严重的全球性寄生虫病。该病主要以药物治疗为主,但目前尚无针对弓形虫病的特效药物。相比于单独用药,联合用药以其较好的药效和较低的不良反应逐渐成为兽医学及其相关研究领域的热点。为进一步发现潜在的新的抗弓形虫药物和治疗策略,论文对具有抗弓形虫作用的中药复方、西药配伍以及中西联合用药的研究进展进行综述。

Toxoplasmosis is an extremely serious global parasitic disease.No specific drugs for toxoplasmosis were developed.Compared with the individual drugs,the combination of drugs with its better efficacy and lower adverse reactions has become a research hotspot in veterinary medicine and other relevant fields.In order to further identify new potential anti-Toxoplasma drugs and treatment strategies,this review was performed to evaluate Chinese herbal compounds,compatibilities of Western medicine and the combinations of Chinese and Western medicines used for treatment of toxoplasmosis.
