新晋高速公路块村营至营盘(省界)段总体设计探讨

Discussion on Overall Design for Kuaicunying-Yingpan(Provincial Boundary)Segment in Xinjin Expressway

文章结合新晋高速公路块村营至营盘(省界)段工程建设条件及项目特点,依据"安全、环保、舒适、和谐"的设计理念,提出"以人为本,绿色低碳"的设计原则,探讨了该项目总体设计方案,指导路线选择、道路纵坡控制、路基路面设计、桥涵环保耐久性设计、隧道安全设计、交叉及服务设施合理布局、交通工程与主体工程协调等,供类似工程设计参考。

Combining the construction conditions and project characteristics of Kuaicunying-Yingpan(Provincial Boundary)segment in Xinying Expressway,and based on the design concept of“safety,environmental protection,comfort and harmony”,this article proposed the“people-oriented,green&low-carbon”design principle,and discussed the overall design plan of this project,guiding the route selection,road longitudinal slope control,roadbed pavement design,bridge and culvert environmental durability design,tunnel safety design,reasonable layout of crossover and service facilities,traffic engineering and main project coordination,etc.,thereby providing the reference for similar engineering design.
