摘要
文章基于桥梁主墩施工中爬模系统的架构,从爬模轨迹、爬模布置原则、上下塔柱液压爬模的设计等方面,分析了典型的液压爬模施工方案,并通过广西灌阳至凤凰高速公路塘屋岭特大桥工程实例验证,证明了该桥梁主墩施工液压爬模技术方案的有效性,为国内液压爬模施工技术在桥梁主墩中的应用提供参考。
Based on the structure of climbing formwork system in the construction of bridge main pier,this article designed the typical hydraulic climbing formwork construction plan from the aspects of climbing trajectory,climbing formwork layout principle,and the hydraulic climbing formwork design of lower tower column and upper tower column.Then,through the engineering example of Tangwuling Bridge in Guangxi Guanyang-Fenghuang Expressway,it proved the effectiveness of hydraulic climbing formwork technical scheme for the main pier construction of this bridge,which provides the reference for the domestic application of hydraulic climbing formwork construction technology in the main pier of the bridge.
