美国实践取向的教师培养模式及启示 被引量:1

摘要 随着教师教育实践越来越受关注,实践取向的教师培养模式也越来越受欢迎。美国教师专业发展学校为未来教师提供了实际操作的培训,依靠大学与中小学的长期伙伴关系促进了教师专业发展。临床实践型教师培养模式,强化理论与实践相结合。这种模式启示我们要加强大中小学的合作,强化实践取向课程,完善教师教育的保障机制。
