摘要
循环冷却水使用的目的是有效地节约水资源、减少热污染,保证生产装置的正常运行。在运行过程中,为防止设备产生结垢、腐蚀现象,确保系统安全、高效地运转,需进行循环冷却水的水质稳定处理及管理。冷凝水是高品质水种,通过有效的回收利用可以提高能源利用效率,达到节能减排,增加效益的目的。以渤化永利化工股份有限公司水质管理体系实际运行情况为基础,对水质管理及回收利用与公司效益之间的关系进行了剖析。
The purpose of using circulating cooling water is to effectively save water resources,reduce heat pollution and ensure the normal operation of production units.In order to prevent the equipment from scaling and corrosion and ensure the safe and efficient operation of the system,it is necessary to treat and manage the circulating cooling water stably.Condensed water is a kind of high quality water.Effective recovery and utilization of condensed water can improve the energy utilization rate,achieve energy saving and emission reduction,and increase the benefits.Based on the actual operation of water quality management system in our company,this paper makes a simple analysis of the relationship between water quality management,recovery and utilization and company benefits.
