摘要
对永利热电公司的副产物——脱硫石膏进行脱色精制实验,分别通过水洗烘干法和常压酸化转晶法进行处理。结果表明,在酸性溶液、转晶剂存在的条件下,能够制备出满足其他类型石膏原料要求的高纯度、高白度脱硫石膏。同时,对实验中存在的问题与难点进行了探讨,并根据国内最新的研究进展,结合公司现有的资源优势,对脱硫石膏今后的应用方向提出了相关建议。
The decolorization and refining experiments of desulfurized gypsum,a by-product of Yongli Thermoelectric Company,were carried out by water washing and drying method and normal pressure acidification crystal transformation method respectively.The results show that the high-purity and high-whiteness desulfurized gypsum meeting the requirements of other gypsum materials can be produced under the conditions of acid solution and crystal modifier.At the same time,the problems and difficulties in the experiment are discussed.Finally,according to the latest research progress in China and combined with the advantages of existing resources in the company,some suggestions on the future application of desulfurized gypsum are put forward.
