低浓度丙烯酸溶液的工业分离方法

摘要 目前国内主流丙烯酸生产装置采用的丙烯酸精制工艺多为共沸精馏工艺,这种工艺适合提纯精制高浓度的丙烯酸。分析了采用共沸精馏工艺提纯低浓度丙烯酸溶液的可行性,发现浓度为15%wt的丙烯酸溶液采用该工艺提纯能耗较大,不具备经济性,进而研究改进低浓度丙烯酸的分离提纯的工艺技术;讨论了采用溶剂萃取法实现低浓度丙烯酸分离提纯的可行性,认为该工艺具有降低能耗的优势,有一定的生产实践意义。 At present,the acrylic acid refining process used in domestic mainstream acrylic acid production equipment is mostly azeotropic distillation process.This process is suitable for purifying and refining high-concentration acrylic acid.The feasibility of purifying low-concentration acrylic acid solution by azeotropic distillation process is analyzed.It is found that the purifying low-concentration acrylic acid solution of 15%wt by azeotropic distillation has a high energy consumption,and it is not economical.Therefore,the process technology for improving the separation and purification of lowconcentration acrylic acid was studied.The feasibility of using solvent extraction to achieve separation and purification of low-concentration acrylic acid is discussed.It has the advantage of reducing energy consumption and has certain practical significance.
