摘要
研发便携式SDV在线测试装置的目的是实现油气田SDV装置的不停产测试,保证SDV装置处于功能正常的工作状态,消除流程关键节点的安全隐患。该装置的工作原理是对SDV气缸泄压路进行控制,实现执行机构的慢速关闭,并通过安装在阀门执行器阀杆上的转向夹具与接近开关的连锁动作控制SDV装置在±20°开度时停止动作,以实现在不影响生产前提下的功能测试工作;该装置测试方法简单、设备轻便、制作成本低,功能稳定可靠,可以实现一台设备对平台所有SDV进行测试,而且由于目前市场上还没有同类型的SDV在线测试装置,具有较高的推广价值。
The purpose of developing this portable SDV online test device is to realize the non-stop production test of the oil and gas field SDV device and ensure that the SDV device is in a normal working state and eliminate the safety hazards of key nodes in the process.The working principle of the device is to control the cylinder pressure relief line of the SDV and close the actuator slowly.The SDV device stop at±20°opening is controlled through the interlocking action of the steering clamp and the proximity switch installed on the valve actuator stem in order to realize the functional test work without affecting the production.The device has simple test method,light equipment,low production cost,stable and reliable function.One device can test all SDVs on the platform.Currently,there is no SDV online test device of the same type in the market,so it has a very high promotion value.
