摘要
针对渤海海上平台作业空间、作业时间受限的特点,结合海上平台现有设施,通过对渤海油田注水井水垢成分分析,确定了注水井垢样成分组成,开发了一种满足海上平台作业要求的注水井清洗工作液。该工作液能够解除注水井管柱及近井地层的无机垢堵塞,疏通注水通道,对注水井管柱腐蚀速率低,作业返排液不影响中心处理平台的原油破乳脱水流程。通过在渤海油田辽东作业区块现场应用,注水井清洗工作液在作业后显著提高了注水井水的日注水量和视吸水指数。
Aiming at the limited space and operation time in Bohai offshore platforms,combining with the existing facilities of offshore platforms,the main components of the water injection well scale were determined by analyzing the scale composition of the water injection well in Bohai Oilfield,and a kind of cleaning fluid used in water injection wells,which meets the requirements of offshore platform operation,was developed.The working fluid can dissolve the inorganic scale in water injection pipe strings and near the wellbore and dredge the water injection passage.It has low corrosion rate to the water injection pipe strings,and the operation return liquid does not affect the demulsification and dehydration process of crude oil at the central processing platform.Application of this cleaning fluid in Liaodong block demonstrated that the daily water injection volume and the water injectivity index were improved.
