摘要
针对现有酚醛凝胶低温下成胶慢、成胶强度低的问题,创新研制了低温酚醛凝胶调剖剂。该调剖剂以聚丙烯酰胺为主剂,在交联剂A组分乌洛托品和交联剂B组分作用下交联而成,对各组分加量对凝胶性能的影响进行实验分析后,确定了加量范围:0.3%~0.5%PAM+0.3%~0.5%交联剂A+0.4%~0.5%交联剂B。配方在20~60℃下经8~12 h形成中等流动凝胶,72 h形成轻微形变不流动凝胶,放置90 d凝胶强度基本无变化,人造岩心封堵率>80%。调剖剂在大港油田部分区块进行的现场试验表明,对应油井增油降水效果良好。
In order to solve the problems of slow gelation and low gelation strength of phenolic gel at low temperature,the new low-temperature phenolic gel profile control agent was studied.The profile control agent is mainly composed of polyacrylamide,crosslinkers A and B.The effect of the addition of each component was analyzed,and the addition range was determined:0.3%to 0.5%PAM+0.3%to 0.5%crosslinker A+0.4%to 0.5%crosslinker B.Medium flow gel was formed at 20 to 60℃for 8 to 12 h,slightly deformed immobile gel was formed at 72 h,and the gel strength remained unchanged after 90 d.Core plugging rate was over 80%.The profile control agent has been used in some blocks of Dagang Oilfield,and the effect of oil increased and water decreased is good.
