摘要
轨道式集装箱龙门起重机(简称"轨道桥")为天津五洲国际集装箱码头有限公司生产装卸作业中的主要生产设备,所有轨道桥使用时间均已超过10年。近年来轨道桥在运行过程中焊接式轨道频繁出现角焊缝开裂,轨道踏面脱落等现象,产生巨大的安全隐患,同时造成小车齿轮齿条过度啮合,磨损严重。通过比较分析焊接式轨道与压板式轨道优劣,将焊接式轨道改进为压板式轨道,完成小车轨道装配工艺技术改进。
The rail-mounted gantry crane(RMG)is the main production equipment in the production and loading operation of Tianjin Five Continent International Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.All the RMGs have been used for more than 10 years.In recent years,fillet weld cracking,rail tread surface falling off and so on in the welded rail have occurred frequently during the operation of RMG.The above phenomena have huge safety hazards and cause excessive meshing of the gear racks of the trolley,with serious wear.By comparing and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the welded rail and the plate-type rail,the welded rail was improved to the plate-type rail,and the technical improvement of the trolley track assembly process was completed.
