永利碱业公司废水零排放可行性探讨

Discussion on Feasibility of Production Wastewater Zero Discharge in Yongli Alkali Company

随着国家对环保治理的力度增大,新环保法实施及污染物排放标准限值的再次降低,企业面临的环保形势已经相当严峻。永利碱业公司80万吨联碱装置经过近7年的稳定运行,环保治理工作取得较大进步。通过对当前装置废水排放现状的分析,得出可以实现的废水零排放方法,进而针对公司生产现状,提出了相应可行的废水排放建议。

With the national increased effort in environmental protection,the implementation of new environmental protection laws and the further improvement of pollutant discharge standards,the environmental protection situation faced by enterprises has been quite severe.The 800 000 ton alkali plant of Yongli Alkali Company has been operated stably for nearly 7 years,and great progress has been made in environmental protection.Through the analysis of the current status of wastewater discharge from the equipment,a zero discharge method for wastewater is obtained.Through the analysis of the status quo of the company production wastewater,the corresponding feasible suggestions are put forward.
