中国社会体育指导员工作纳入志愿服务体系的探讨

Discussion on the Work of Public Welfare Social Sports Instructors into China's Volunteer Service System

在我国两种类型社会体育指导员制度和工作的并存发展中,有关立法和政策文件一直按照志愿服务的方向对公益社会体育指导员队伍进行建设,并逐渐明确其全民健身志愿服务的性质定位。由于公益社会体育指导员的志愿服务却没有与国家的志愿服务体系实现对接,这就使得理顺其与我国志愿服务体系的关系成为改革发展公益社会体育指导员工作的当务之急。研究认为,公益社会体育指导员工作应当在国家志愿服务体系中实现特色化发展,根据当前的形势任务发展,从多个方面论证了将公益社会体育指导员工作纳入我国志愿服务体系所具有的充分必要性和现实可行性,并就公益社会体育指导员工作对接志愿服务体系的主要路径提出了有关建议。

In the coexistence of the two types of social sports instructor systems and work in China,relevant legislation and policy documents have been building the ranks of public welfare social sports instructors in accordance with the direction of volunteer service,and gradually clarify the nature of their national fitness volunteer service.However,the volunteer service of public welfare social sports instructors has not been connected with the national volunteer service system,making it reasonable to rationalize its relationship with China’s volunteer service system.The research believes that the work of public welfare social sports instructors should realize the characteristic development in the national volunteer service system,and then demonstrate the sufficient necessity and realistic feasibility of incorporating the volunteer service system in China from various aspects according to the current situation and task development.Sexuality,and put forward relevant suggestions on the main path of the volunteer social service instructor’s work and docking volunteer service system.
