“情绪背景”下的谣言传播研究

媒介技术的更迭,越发予以谣言广袤的传播空间,而网络谣言的频发,则日益成为社会的一种常态现象。过往的研究大多从利益诉求、政治参与等角度对谣言进行定性分析,鲜有从情绪视角进行阐释,而深入剖析谣言的产生机理,就会发现"情绪背景"在谣言传播中的重要影响。文章从"情绪背景"视角切入,将谣言纳入到整个社会的情绪系统中考量。研究发现,当下公众情绪表达的背景呈现为外部对话机制缺失、内部情绪共同体的生成,整个社会的情绪系统承受着来自内外两个方面的压力,谣言作为一种公众压力释放的替代方式应运而生。

The change of media technology gives rumors more and more spreading space.The frequent occurrence of internet rumors is becoming a normal phenomenon in society.Most of the previous research,from the perspective of the interests and political participation,analyzed qualitatively rumors,and there are few making analysis of rumors from the perspective of emotion.From the perspective of″emotional background″,this paper took the rumors into the emotional system of the whole society.The study found that the background of the public mood expression appears as loss of external dialogue mechanism,and generation of internal emotions community.The mood of the whole society system is under pressure from inside and outside,and rumors as a kind of public pressure release alternative arises at the historic moment.
