摘要
目的探讨细辛脑注射液对成年支气管哮喘急性发作期患者肺功能、气道炎症水平及血中Th2淋巴细胞相关炎症介质的影响。方法将重庆三峡医药高等专科学校附院和重庆医大学附属第二医院住院的80例成年支气管哮喘急性发作期患者随机均分为对照组(常规治疗)和观察组(细辛脑注射液+常规治疗)各40例。在治疗0d和治疗7d时使用ELISA分析外周血中IL-4、IL-5和IL-13水平;使用western blot法分析血淋巴细胞STAT6水平;使用肺功能仪记录患者第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)占预计值%和最大呼气流量(PEF)个人最佳值%,并对患者呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)进行记录。结果治疗7d后,两组患者血中IL-4、IL-5和IL-13水平、血淋巴细胞STAT6水平、FEV1占预计值%、PEF个人最佳值%以及FeNO均较治疗前明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时观察组各指标较对照组改善更加明显,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),且在治疗期间未见有明显与细辛脑注射液相关的严重药物不良反应。结论细辛脑注射液可通过抑制Th2淋巴细胞的分化,减轻支气管哮喘急性发作期的气道炎症水平,改善患者的肺功能。该临床实验为细辛脑注射液广泛应用于哮喘的临床治疗提供了进一步的依据及数据。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic role and anti-inflammatory effects of asarone injection in adult patients with acute exacerbation bronchial asthma.Methods In our current study,80 adult patients with acute exacerbation asthma were randomly divided into control group(regular treatment)and observation group(asarone injection+regular treatment),with 40 in each.Before and after 7 days interventions,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13 were measured by ELISA.The level of STAT6 in blood lymphocytes were analyzed by western blot.Lung functions(FEV 1%and PEF%)and FeNO were also recorded.Results After 7 days treatments,the serum levels of IL-4,IL-5 and IL-13,the level of STAT6 in blood lymphocytes,lung functions(FEV 1%and PEF%)and FeNO were all improved in both groups(P<0.05 in all).Meanwhile,the improvement in treatment group was more significant than control group(P<0.05 in all).And no severe side effect was observed in study period.Conclusion Asarone injection is an effective drug for the treatment of adult patients with acute exacerbation asthma.
