不同鲜食蚕豆品种产量性状及营养成分比较 被引量:9

摘要 [目的]筛选出适合浙北地区种植的高产优质鲜食蚕豆品种。[方法]以不同产地的8个鲜食蚕豆品种为试验材料,分析评价不同鲜食蚕豆品种在浙江北部地区的产量性状以及鲜食蚕豆主要营养成分含量的变化。[结果]陵西一寸、日本大白皮和海门大青皮3个品种鲜荚产量最高,陵西一寸鲜粒产量最高;除上虞田鸡青外,其余7个鲜食蚕豆品种均具有较好的适应性;慈溪大白蚕、上虞田鸡青蛋白质、维生素B1和维生素C含量最高。[结论]慈溪大白蚕、陵西一寸、日本大白皮3个品种具有高产优质等特点,适合作为鲜食蚕豆品种推广种植。 [Objective]To screen the suitable high-yield and high-quality fresh bean variety in north Zhejiang Province.[Method]With eight fresh bean varieties from different production areas as the test materials,we analyzed the yield characters of fresh beans in north Zhejiang Province and their changes of major nutritional ingredients.[Result]Lingxi Yicun,Japanese Dabaipi,Haimen Daqingpi showed the highest yield of fresh pod,Lingxi Yicun had the highest fresh seed weight.Except Shangyu Tianjiqing,other 7 varieties all had relatively good adaptability.Cixi Babaican and Shangyu Tianjiqing had the highest protein,vitamin B 1 and C contents.[Conclusion]Cixi Dabaican,Lingxi Yicun,Japanese Dabaipi had the characteristics of high yield and high quality,and were suitable to be extended as fresh bean varieties.
