摘要
[目的]研究不同处理条件下回收基质再利用对奶白菜生长发育的影响。[方法]将栽植3~5茬之后的基质再回收利用,在其中添加菇渣、复合肥、有机肥等营养成分,使之成为复配基质,研究该复配基质的发酵方法,测定不同处理的理化性状。以奶白菜为试材,观察复配基质对其真叶数、株高、产量及口感的影响。[结果]复配基质成分不同,理化性状不同,不同处理间钾含量差异较大;添加有机肥的处理养分释放慢,能够满足作物生长后期对养分的需求;从产量和口感看,在回收基质中添加菇渣的复配基质对作物生长的影响因肥料种类的不同而不同,添加复合肥能提高产量,但添加有机肥能改善口感。[结论]回收基质中添加200 kg菇渣+200 kg发酵畜禽粪可以改善回收基质的理化性状,能提高蔬菜产量,改善口感。
[Objective]To study effect of reuse of recovered substrate under different treatment conditions on the growth of cabbage.[Method]The substrate was recovered after 3-5 stubble planting in which mushroom residue,compound fertilizer,organic fertilizer and other nutrients were added,this made it a complex matrix,the fermentation method of the complex matrix was studied,and the physical and chemical properties between different treatments was measured.The effect of compound substrate on the true leaf number,plant height,yield and taste of cabbage was observed.[Result]The composition of the comp ound substrate was different,the physical and chemical properties were different,and the potassium content was different between different treatments.After observed the change of the true leaf number of cabbage,it was found that nutrient release of organic fertilizer was slow,which could meet the nutrient demand of crops at the later stage of growth.From the point of production and taste,the effect of the compound matrix added mushroom residue on crop growth varied with fertilizer types,added compound fertilizer could increase production,but added organic fertilizer could improve the taste.[Conclusion]Adding 200 kg of mushroom dregs and 200 kg of fermented livestock and poultry dung to the recovered matrix can improve the physical and chemical properties of the recovered matrix,increase vegetable yield and improve taste.
