Research on Standards Competitive Behaviors Driven by Knowledge Innovation from the Perspective of Life Cycle

[目的/意义]知识创新驱动的标准竞争行为研究开拓了技术标准化研究的全新视角,为合理解释企业标准竞争行为提供了强有力的理论支撑。[方法/过程]构建面向技术标准化的知识创新螺旋模型,阐释技术标准化过程中隐性知识和显性知识的转化机理,在此基础上从生命周期视角剖析技术标准化与知识创新的协同作用机理,归纳总结知识创新驱动下标准竞争行为选择和转换的特殊规律。[结果/结论]技术标准的产生和迭代是知识创新螺旋上升的过程,技术标准化各阶段与知识创新活动具有一一对应性。标准竞争行为从根本上是由企业不断追求知识创新的内在机制决定,主要包括信息竞争型、技术竞争型、产业竞争型和市场竞争型四种行为组合,并随着知识创新目标的转换形成"非市场行为主导→市场行为主导"的知识传导路径。

[Purpose/Significance]Research on standards competitive behaviors driven by knowledge innovation opens up a new orientation for technology standardization research,and provides strong theoretical support for the rational explanation of standards competitive behaviors.[Method/Process]This paper establishes a new model of knowledge innovation spiral oriented to technology standardization.The coupling effect of technology standardization and knowledge innovation is dissected from the perspective of life cycle based on illustrating the transforming mechanism between tacit and explicit knowledge.And the special rules of selection and transformation of standards competitive behaviors driven by knowledge innovation are presented.[Result/Conclusion]The generation and iteration of technology standards are the results of the spiraling process of knowledge innovation.The correspondence between technology standardization stage and knowledge creative activity is pointed out.Standards competitive behaviors are determined fundamentally by continuous pursuit of knowledge innovation.Four types of standards competitive behaviors portfolio are mainly implemented:information competition,technology competition,industry competition and market competition.And along with the transformation of knowledge innovation goals,the knowledge transmission path of"non-market behavior domination→market behavior domination"is formed.
