影响网络集体行为意向的情绪感染路径研究——基于情绪-信息的理论视角 被引量:14

The Path of Online Collective Behavioral Intention Being Affected by Emotional Contagion:A Study Based on the Emotion-Information Theory

摘要 [目的/意义]基于情绪即社会信息的视角,研究网络集体行为意向的情绪感染路径,以期为规范与治理不确定信息情境中的网络集体行为提供理论依据与实践指南。[方法/过程]通过调研网络社交媒介的常访问用户,共收集到的394份有效问卷。对所得数据展开统计分析、模型拟合与验证分析,探究与剖析网络集体行为意向蔓延的情绪感染路径。[结果/结论]在网络情境中,情绪感染并不能直接作用于网络集体行为意向;而是通过情绪体验的无意识感染路径与信息感知的有意识社会比较路径影响网络集体行为意向的表达;信息感知同时还是情绪体验影响网络集体行为意向的重要认知路径,在其中发挥部分中介效应。研究启示,应及时矫正网民群体的信息感知失误与情绪体验偏激,以规范网络集体行为的健康发展。 [Purpose/Significance]Drawing upon the theory of emotion as social information,this paper studies the path for online collective behavioral intention to be affected by emotional contagion,in order to provide theoretical basis and practice guide for the online collective behavior under the uncertain information situation.[Method/Process]A total of 394 valid questionnaires were collected by investigating the resident cyber citizens usually using the online social media.Statistical analysis and model fitting analysis were carried out to explore and analyze the emotional contagion affecting path for spreading of online collective behavioral intention.[Result/Conclusion]Under the Internet situation,emotional contagion can not directly affect the online collective behavioral intention,but it can affect the expression of online collective behavioral intention by both the unconscious contagion path based on emotional experience and the conscious path of social comparison on the basis of information perception.Information perception is also the important cognitive path for emotional experience to affect the online collective behavioral intention,playing partially a mediating role.Therefore,in order to guide the online collective behavior to develop in a healthy way,the information perception bias and the wrong emotional experience of cyber citizens should be corrected timely.
