摘要
船舶建造项目评价是新造船质量控制的必要手段,具有多指标的特点,其准确性取决于数据源是否可靠和评价模型是否合理.由于缺乏有效的数据采集手段,在船舶建造过程中产生的大量生产和检验数据并没有得到有效利用.针对这一问题,开发了船舶检验管理系统的原型程序,便于用户填报检验记录.在此基础上提出使用DEA方法进行船舶建造项目的多指标评价,为生产管理活动提供决策依据.最后通过某VLCC建造项目的生产和检验数据验证了所提多指标评价模型的可行性和有效性.
Ship construction project evaluation is a necessary means of quality control for new building ship,which has a feature of multiple indices.The accuracy depends on whether the data source is reliable and the evaluation model is reasonable.Due to the lack of valid data collection approach,mass of production and inspection data are not used effectively.In view of such situation,a prototype program of ship inspection management system is developed to assist user in filling in inspection records conveniently.Based on this,data envelopment analysis(DEA)method is proposed for multi-index evaluation of ship construction project,which can provide evidence for production management.By using the real production and inspection data of a VLCC construction project,the feasibility and validity of the proposed multi-index evaluation model is verified.
