建筑智能化背景下地方高校工程造价专业课程体系优化研究——以重庆文理学院为例

Research on Optimization of Local College Engineering Cost Professional Curriculum System under the Background of Building Intelligence

智能建筑作为影响智慧城市建设发展的主要因素正面临着人才短缺的主要问题。该文结合重庆市(智慧城市试点城市)建筑智能化发展趋势及重庆市地方高校人才供给现状,以重庆文理学院工程造价专业为例,研究建筑智能化背景下工程造价专业课程体系优化思路及方法,并提出建设以建筑智能化为特色的工程造价专业的必要性和紧迫性。

As a major factor affecting the construction and development of smart cities,intelligent buildings are facing the main problem of talent shortage.This article combines the development trend of building intelligence in Chongqing(smart city pilot)and the status quo of talent supply in local universities in Chongqing.Taking the engineering cost of Chongqing University of Arts and Sciences as an example,this paper studies the optimization ideas and methods of engineering cost course system under the background of building intelligence,and proposes the necessity and urgency of building engineering cost specialty featuring building intelligence.
