摘要
本文采用简单的化学合成法,在KI的调控下,通过改变温度、CTAB及AA的浓度,快速合成出了单分散的Pd纳米立方体,并在不同条件下探讨了Pd纳米立方体的生长机理。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和投射电子显微镜(TEM)对Pd纳米立方体的形貌进行了表征。
The monodisperse Pd nanocrystals were synthesized rapidly by simple chemical synthesis method,the change of concentration of AA,CTAB,KI and temperature on Pd nanocrystals growth mechanism was discussed under different conditions.Finally,the scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and projection electron microscope(TEM)were used to characterize the morphology of Pd nanocrystals.
